You can use this to request a repair. Please watch you email to see if its approved, if you do not receive a confirmation saying approved, please select another day.

Cancellation Policy

By booking with LoyalAllure, you aagree to show up to your appointment on time and with bare nails unless you have booked a soak-off with your set. There is a 10-minute grace period but at the 10th minute, you the client will be charged an additional $10 late fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. All clients who cancel their appointments last minute will be charged 50% of the remaining balance (deposit included) through a Wix invoice if not paid you will not be able to book with LoyalAllure again.! No-shows will not be able to book with LoyalAllure again unless you pay a 50$ unblock fee + deposit. If you need to reschedule contact 919-809-5525 do so, 48 hrs before your appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduling after 48 hours will require an additional fee added to your total due.
